I had 3000 stuck on hold due to an AutoPay transaction that I did not authorize. It has been several days, and even after contacting support, the issue is still not resolved.
I expected faster action from PhonePe, but their response is slow and unhelpful. This is my hard-earned money, and I feel very disappointed and stressed due to the delay.
PhonePe should improve their customer service, offer a live chat/call option, and ensure quicker refunds for such cases.
